Ok I really want to become serious about this weight loss thing.. But I just don't know what to do. There are so many weight loss programs and exercises out there and I am just overwhelmed with it all.. I am a member of Weight Watchers and have had some success when I actually follow the plan. But it is the best for me???
Currently my goal for the next month is to lose as much as I can before we leave for our anniversary on May 23rd. I want to do it healthy but I want to get the most out of it. So here is my question.... Where do I start???
